Both. For open-ended audits/consulting, hourly or daily; for defined goals (e.g. architecture report, performance improvement) we use fixed-scope project pricing.
Do you work alongside our existing team?
Yes — most engagements are advisory next to your team. We code with your developers, run code reviews and join key decisions.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, most engagements start with an NDA. We have a standard one; enterprise clients are welcome to share theirs.
How are deliverables documented?
Every engagement is delivered in writing: architecture diagrams, code review notes, performance benchmarks, recommended actions. Meeting summaries are shared too.
Remote or on-site?
Mostly remote. We run on-site sessions (workshops, kick-offs, training) when needed and continue remotely afterwards.
